Zen Coffee Co.

Zen Coffee Co. is a multi-location coffee shop located in Omaha known for their calming interior and expansive rotating drink menu. When I first connect with the Abby, the owner of Zen, she wanted a mural that reflected the coffee notes you can find in their blends. These include from chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, cherry, lavender, orange blossom, nuts, and lime. With such a wide variety of flavors, I was able to design a playful library of illustrations that created a fun and dynamic layout when at large scale. The Chemex with the blue tie is a Zen exclusive, so incorporating it was a bonus to add originality. What was a plain wall is now a focal point in their coffee shop, adding texture, movement, and flair!
